What is our cancellation policy?

We offer a 60 day cancellation policy. All the bookings, cancelled within 60 days prior to the arrival date, are eligible for the full refund; reservations cancelled after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

What is our pet policy?

Our pet policy varies from rental to rental. Each property is privately owned, hence this is an entirely homeowner’s decision. For this reason, please disclose the size and bread of your pet in your booking inquiry.

What is a minimum stay at our vacation rentals?

Our typical minimum stay is 5-7 nights, depending on the property. However, a minimum stay at certain vacation rentals is affected by the HOA rules and requirements. Each property has a disclosed minimum stay in the description.

Can I list my property as a vacation rental with Florida Luxury Rentals?
